I am falsely accused of a crime the allege victim also falsely accused another man Johnson of the same crime she accused me of 7 months later. Johnson case was dismissed and I was going to use him as a defense witness but the judge exclude the Johnson evidence from the jury and I was found guilty but the allege victim went to court on my sentence date to tell the judge she lied and exaggerated the allege incident but the Deputy District Attorney stopped her and told her she could go to jail for perjury.
