We are living suring a time where our children are too quickly being waived into adult courts, too quickly being discarded into adult prisons. As I was a child whom was waived into the adult system and given a lengthly sentence, I know intimately, through the use of hindsight, that the process is utterly unfair. For children as a class are simply not as psycologically developed in legally relevent ways as adults are, so they are therefore, inevitably, manipulated and tooken advantage of in the adult system, they simply aren't capable of making intelligent adult decisions during the duration of their adjudication. So personally I am saying enough is enough! I have declared war against the abuse of our children in courtrooms all around our beautiful nation. It is my goal to use my case to set a precedent on how juveniles must start being adjudged. To reach my goal, to reach what should be all of our goal, I am going to need help.
