Detailed Description

I was convicted in Louisville, Kentucky on March 17, 2004, in the Jefferson Circuit Court, of three counts of rape, in the first degree, three counts of robbery in the first degree, two counts of burglary in the first degree, two counts of burglary in the first degree and one count of burglary in the second degree. The following is helpful in understanding the nature of the case and charges. (1) Material evidence was withheld form the (defendant) by the prosecutor. (2) My constitutional rights were also flagrantly violated. (3) The trial counsel's cumulative ineffective assistance throughout the trial, prejudiced the defendant. (4)Trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance of counsel and failing to retain appropriate expert's for trial and did not consult with any experts at all. (5)On April 20, 2006, the Supreme Court of Kentucky rendered an opinion in the case of John Bolton vs Commonwealth of Kentucky.
